We're a small team building the app that brings people together on campus, and Georgetown is where it starts. When we hire, we're not hiring “ambassadors” to vaguely spread the word. We hire people with clear jobs, each with a number they own.

Application Process

Under five minutes. Short on purpose: we would rather talk than read.
- 02We read it
Every application gets read by a person, usually the same day.
- 03A short call
15 to 20 minutes with someone on the team. This is where the real questions are.
- 04A paid work sample
A small piece of the real job, and you get paid for it.
- 05Offer and onboarding
A 90-minute onboarding, then a two-week ramp with clear targets.
